TeaLive’s membership is known as the Unitea. In order to get a Unitea card, there is a one-time payment of RM10.60. There’s no renewal fee needed, it’s a lifetime membership.

If members lose their card, there’s no replacement fee either. Members can track your purchases by logging into their account on the Tealive website or through the Tealive mobile app.

Upon signing up, members will instantly get a free drink of their choice.

Unitea also offers birthday rewards to their members. Members are entitled to one free birthday drink - and they can claim it anytime during the year.

Unitea allows members to go cashless with the Tealive Unitea Ringgit. Members can store credit in the card and use it to make purchases. This is to ensure contactless transactions and greater convenience for members.

Members can load the card from any amount in denominations of RM10. RM 300 is the maximum amount the card can hold at any one time.

Unitea card holders can also split payment on a transaction using their Unitea Card and any other form of payment that is accepted at their outlets.

Members will also be the first to receive latest updates on promotions, giveaways and contests.

Tealive has also partnered with B Infinite - so every ringgit earned from B Infinite will also go into the Unitea card. These points can also be used to redeem a free drink.
