Watson’s rewards program is known as the Watsons VIP.
Anyone can apply for the Watsons VIP card at any Watsons’ outlets or eStore. Charges for a new sign up is RM20. You will then need to log on to watsons.com.my to activate your card in order to qualify for points redemption and other membership rewards.
Watsons VIP card is a '2-in-1' membership card that also comes with Touch 'n Go features.
Existing members can pay RM8 to upgrade their membership card add-on the Touch ‘n Go feature - with no minimum spending.
To sign up, just provide your registered mobile phone number to the cashier during checkout.
You will immediately be qualified for member-exclusive benefits and be able to accumulate bonus points.
Points can be redeemed in your next purchase at Watsons at the conversion rate of 200 points = RM1. You may also keep accumulating points through several purchases and redeem goods of higher value at a later time.
While you don’t need your card with you to collect points, you are required to present it for points redemption for security reasons. Alternatively, you can redeem upon check-out via Watsons Online store.
Members will also be entitled to birthday benefits - where you will be given 5X bonus points. However, it can only be utilized after you activate your Watsons VIP Card.
Birthday bonus points are credited to your account the next working day and are not reflected real time on your transaction receipt.
